Subject: PROVISION OF PROMOTION CASES / PER AND RESULT FOR THE YEAR 2014.
FOR PROMOTION FROM BS-17 TO BS-20.In connection with reference to the DPI (SE) Punjab Lahore letter No. 8619/Ad (C-III), dated. 25.06.2015 on the subject cited above.

It is regretfully that you being head of institution has not apprehended the sensitivity of the task of submission of promotion cases /per, 2014 along with result 2014 /fresh no Enquiry certificates regarding all the promotion cases already submitted or yet to be provided even laps of sufficient time period. It is considered gross misconduct and it is tantamount to insubordination. Lack of interest and failure in providing the requisite documents have now inducing hard ship to submit the required cases / PER 2014. This state of affairs is not negotiable at any cost.

You are once again directed to be vigilant and make it sure the submission of following other wise your in efficiency Report will be communicated to the authority. This may be treated last warning which you will be held responsible for consequences.
