3. The procedure for sending the Declaration of Assets on the prescribed proforma
(copy enclosed) is given as under:-
"The Declaration of Assets should be sent in two separate sealed covers clearly indicating the name with designation and year for which the Declaration of Assets is sent, on top of the envelopes on right side addressed to the Section Officer (Admn-III), Govt. of the Punjab, S&GAD, Lahore. Both of these sealed envelopes should be sent with a covering letter."
