Drop out Proforma for SSC Examination 2013-2015

All Schools Heads are informed to prepared the students of class 3rd for test in English , Urdu and Maths which is expected to held on 30 August or 30 September.

Please fill out the given proforma according to given detail carefully and submit tomorrow during meeting.

Please put the grade 5 English notes in your table as well as provide to teacher for unit 8.
