 proposed to the subject. Enclosed please find herewith code of conduct for monitoring in educational institutions implementation of which shall be ensured by the District Education authorities and District Monitoring Monitoring officers in the district.Please ensure the circulation of attached code of conduct to all Heads of institutions and Monitoring and Evaluation Assistants for strict observance while observing educational institutions.
