As per instructions of the Government conveyed to you again and again , the government of Punjab is seriously concerned with the security of Schools.

In this connection U-fone SIMS performas are pending from your side. The list of schools who have been registered their SIMS with u-fone has already been sent to

you through e-mail. The list of pending schools along with their performas should be provided within two days positively.

In addition, CCTV cameras in A- category schools are also pending for connectivity with DPO Office. It is required you to make sure the connectivity of CCTV cameras with DPO Office with immediate effect.

Keeping in view the sensitivity of the matter and to avoid any unfortunate

incidence, you are requested to circulate this letter to all the heads of schools under your jurisdiction and also direct them to comply with true letter and spirit with intimation to this office.

So, be clear that there is no reason for any sleekness in the matter relating to the security of schools. Further, you are requested to submit certificate regarding CCTV cameras connectivity and U-fone SIMS registration with immediate effect
