Refer to this office Endt. No. 5371/P&D dated 15-08-15 on the subject cited above. it is once again directed to ensure security arrangements in true letter & spirit and SOPs already contained in the above quoted letter .issued by the Govt. may also be ensured strictly.

It is also directed to visit the schools personally on regular basis and ensure 100% implementation of security arrangements. In case of any laps found in any school, concerned District Education Officer will be responsible and strict action will also be initiated, under the rules.

A certificate declaring that all the security measures are intact 1.0..a11--.1 the educational institutions (Male/Female) District Sahiwal may be provided to this office within 3-days positively for onward submission to the Govt
