This is with reference to letter No.F.6(24)/2015-Elec/DEC dated 30.06.2015 received from the District Election Commissioner, Sahiwal on the subject cited above.
In this regard, the lists of employees under your administrative control are required for appointment as polling personnel in the forthcoming Local Govt. Elections, 2015.
It is, therefore, requested that the requisite list of employees may kindly be provided to the office of Assistant Director LG & CD, Sahiwal, opposite Hockey Ground/Sattar Complex Katchery Road Sahiwal, on the following format in shape of hard (in duplicate) as well as soft form i.e on CD up till 05 July, 2015 positively.
Provide 3 Hard copies and 1 soft copy in CD in MS EXCEL Format through special messenger to the office of DEO(SE) dealing person Allah Rakkha up to 04-07-15 positively.
