Minutes of Meeting
1. TV cameras installed in all 147-schools should be connected on line to the DPO Office Sahiwal and should be visible there so that in case of any incident the certain school may be locked and checked online.
2. The Heads of schools and staff should keep the CCTV cameras operational so that proper monitoring may be done.
3. Mr. Liaqat Ali Focal person of this office is directed to get and finalized all the IP addresses of CCTV Cameras within 10-days positively to ensure the CCTV cameras to online.
4. Again the focal person of this office Mr. Liaqat Ali is directed to liaison with the concerned representative of U Phone to get the list of school (in Excel Sheet).
5- Mr. Liaqat Ali Focal person of this office will ensure the inclusion of the remaining s hoofs into online system by providing the list/forms to IT center of DPO Office ahiwal.
6- Mr. Liaqat Ali Focal person of this office will assist in exercise, to be conducted by U. Phone and Incharge IT center of DPO Office Sahiwal, noted at Sr.No.7 to check the functionality of the online system.
7- If an incident/mishap happens at any school and the online system of CCTV cameras. is found non operational, the District Education Officer concerned, Mr. Liaqat Ali Focal person of this office, the Head teacher and staff of that school will be held responsible and strict action in the true sense will be taken against all concerned.
Keeping in view the sensitivity of the matter and to avoid any unfortunate
incident, yogi are directed to circulate this letter of the undersigned to all the Heads of the
institutions under your jurisdiction in black and white (hard copy) and direct them to comply with letter and spirit with intimation to this oflice. Be clear that there is no room for any slackness, lethargy and negligence in the matter relating to the security of the schools. You are directed to submit a certificate regarding compliance and implementation of these instructions within 05-days positively without delay.
