                        In the Punjab.

Subject:           ACTION UNDER PEEDA ACT -2006 AGAINST THE HEAD TEACHERS AND TEACHERS WHO HAVE SHOWN POOR RESULT IN 9^TH& 10^th (SSC-PART-I& II ), (0% TO 50%)EXAMINATION-2015 

                        Your personal and immediate attention is invited towards on the subject cited above.

                                    You are hereby directed to take action under PEEDA ACT-2006 against the Head Teachers / Teachers being Competent Authority whose result in 9^th& 10^thclasses (SSC-Part-I&II) remained 0% to 50%.Moreover, explanation / action may also be taken against the Head Teachers whose result remained below Board in SSC-Part-I& II.

                        The action taken report in this regard must reach to this Directorate within a weeks time positively in the form of hard & soft copy (USB/CD) through special messenger. Apart from this a certificate may also be attached that not a single head teacher / teacher missed / overlooked / snubbed during preparation of result.
